Yay for Meg!
I would like to give props to Meg! You are doing great! :) This weekend I plan to get all my equipment.. a bike, a helmet, an ugly ass bathing suit, etc. My spinning instructor recommended I get biking shoes because my feet cramp up a lot during spinning class. He said running shoes are meant to be flexible, so the foot tries to grip the pedal, causing it to cramp. The flat, hard bike shoe will solve the problem. Here comes the feeling of: what the hell did I get myself into?? Sigh...
